Chesapeake Law Group, PLC law firm is located in the City of Manassas, Virginia serving community associations and business clients throughout Virginia, Washington D.C., Maryland, West Virginia and the surrounding areas. The principal in the firm, Lella Amiss E. Pape, has extensive litigation experience with unique problems of Condominium and Community Associations, as well as eviction and collections from tenants in commercial common interest properties, and has been a frequent participant and educator in the programs of numerous professional organizations, including the Community Associations Institute all aspects of Corporate and Real Estate law, condominium law, including litigation and general civil litigation for over 35 Years. Our three (3) paralegals are experienced in real estate matters and residential and commercial collections for Associations and corporations, and look forward to working with your Association. We pride ourselves in providing prompt legal advice for our specialized client needs in keeping with and recognizing their requirements for timely and cost effective representation of their legal requirements.

OUR SERVICES

Mrs. Pape’s practice is exclusively devoted to representation community associations, commercial condominiums and small corporations in their governance and collections matters. We understand the unique nature and challenge of the business, and will deliver our services in a responsive and first-class manner for the least expense possible. A former shareholder with a large community association-oriented practice, Mrs. Pape opened the firm in April of 2012, to serve her clients in the best manner possible. Prior to focusing on Community Associations law, her practice was devoted to civil litigation in the area of real estate development, land use, debt collection and corporate and contracts law.

Based in Manasasas, Virginia and led by founder Lella Amiss E. Pape, P.C. our attorneys advise associations in all aspects of operations, to include covenant interpretation,covenant enforcement, Bylaw interpretation, Construction and Structural Warranty Claims, Condominium FHA certification, storm water easements and maintenance agreements, foreclosures, amending governing documents, insurance matters and residential and commercial collections for associations and corporations.
